Organization Profile
Manage your organization's core identity and auto-resolve behavior.
Manage the core details that identify your organization and control how it operates.
Open the Profile page
- Go to Settings → Organization → Profile.
- You'll see sections for name, ID, and auto-resolve settings.
Name and description
- Organization Name — The display name shown throughout the app. AI also uses it as context for your business.
- Description — A short summary of your business. Helps AI produce better answers and gives new members quick context.
To update:
- Edit the Organization Name field.
- Edit the Description field.
- Click Save.
Organization ID
Your unique workspace identifier. Use the Copy button to grab it when you need to:
- Reference it in a support request
- Set up an API integration
- Share it with support during troubleshooting
Note: The Organization ID is permanent and cannot be changed.
Auto Resolve
Set how many days a conversation can stay open before it auto-resolves:
- No AutoResolve — Conversations never auto-resolve
- 1 Day — Auto-resolve after 1 day of inactivity
- 2 Days — Auto-resolve after 2 days of inactivity
- 3 Days — Auto-resolve after 3 days of inactivity
- 5 Days — Auto-resolve after 5 days of inactivity
To configure:
- Select a duration from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
Note: You can manually reopen a resolved conversation if the customer replies.
