Billing Settings

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing information.

Billing Settings allow you to manage your subscription, payment methods, invoices, and billing history.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. You'll see sections for subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

Subscription Management

Viewing Your Current Plan

  • See your current subscription plan
  • View plan features and limits
  • Check renewal date and billing cycle

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find the Plans or Upgrade section.
  3. Browse available plans.
  4. Select the plan you want.
  5. Click Upgrade or Change Plan.
  6. Confirm the change.

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find your current plan.
  3. Click Change Plan or Downgrade.
  4. Select a lower-tier plan.
  5. Confirm the change.

Note: Downgrading may affect features and limits. Review changes before confirming.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find the Subscription section.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Confirm the cancellation.

Warning: Canceling your subscription will end access to premium features. You may continue using free features until the end of your billing period.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find the Payment Methods section.
  3. Click Add Payment Method.
  4. Enter your payment details:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV
    • Billing address
  5. Click Save.

Updating a Payment Method

  1. Find your payment method in the list.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the information.
  4. Click Save.

Setting Default Payment Method

  1. Find the payment method you want to set as default.
  2. Click Set as Default or use the actions menu.

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Find the payment method you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove or Delete.
  3. Confirm the removal.

Note: You must have at least one payment method if you have an active subscription.

Billing History

View your billing history:

  • Invoices: Download past invoices
  • Payment History: See all past payments
  • Billing Cycles: View billing cycle dates and amounts

Downloading Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Find the Billing History or Invoices section.
  3. Find the invoice you want to download.
  4. Click Download or the invoice link.

Billing Information

Update your billing information:

  • Billing Address: Update your billing address
  • Tax Information: Add tax ID or VAT number if needed
  • Company Information: Update company details for business accounts

Best Practices

  • Keep Payment Methods Updated: Ensure your payment method is current to avoid service interruptions
  • Review Regularly: Periodically review your subscription and usage
  • Save Invoices: Download and save invoices for your records
  • Monitor Usage: Keep an eye on your usage to avoid unexpected charges
