Billing & Plans
Manage your subscription, message credits, usage, and invoices.
The Billing page is where you manage your subscription plan, monitor message credits, and download invoices. Only workspace owners and admins can access it.
Go to Settings → Billing.
The page has three tabs: Billing, Usages, and Invoices.
Billing Tab
Current Plan
At the top you'll see your current plan along with:
- Plan name and status (Trial, Active, or No Plan)
- Trial end date and days remaining (if on a trial)
- Next renewal date (if on a paid plan)
Changing Your Plan
Scroll down to Available Plans to see all options with feature comparisons. Select the plan you want and follow the checkout flow.
To cancel, click Cancel Subscription under your current plan summary. You can choose to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period.
Canceling may reduce your available features and limits. Review the impact before confirming.
Payment Method
Use the Add Payment Method or Manage Payment Method button to add or update your card on file.
Message Credits & Usage
Two cards show your remaining credits:
- Incoming Messages — Credits used when customers message you
- Marketing Messages — Credits used when you send campaigns
Each card shows your remaining balance, a usage progress bar, and the pricing rate. Click Add Credits to purchase more.
Usages Tab
Resource Limits
Cards showing your current capacity for features like:
- Knowledge base items
- AI skills
- Customer segments
Usage History
A chart showing your incoming and marketing message usage over the last 30 days.
Invoices Tab
A list of past invoices. Click any invoice to download it.
