Notification Settings
Configure how and when you receive notifications.
Notification Settings allow you to control how you're notified about important events and updates in your workspace.
Accessing Notification Settings
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- You'll see options to configure different types of notifications.
Notification Types
Configure notifications for different events:
- New Messages: Get notified when new messages arrive
- Mentions: Notifications when you're mentioned in conversations
- Assignments: Alerts when conversations are assigned to you
- System Updates: Important system and feature updates
- Team Activity: Notifications about team member actions

Notification Channels
Choose how you want to receive notifications:
- In-App: Notifications within the application
- Email: Email notifications sent to your account email
- Push: Browser or mobile push notifications (if enabled)
- SMS: Text message notifications (if available)
Notification Triggers
Configure what triggers notifications:
- Immediate: Receive notifications as soon as events occur
- Digest: Receive a summary of notifications at set intervals
- Quiet Hours: Set times when notifications are paused

Managing Notifications
Enable/Disable Notifications
- Find the notification type you want to configure.
- Toggle it on or off.
- Changes are saved automatically.
Configure Notification Frequency
- Select a notification type.
- Choose your preferred frequency:
- Immediate: Get notified right away
- Daily Digest: Receive a summary once per day
- Weekly Digest: Receive a summary once per week
- Never: Disable this notification type
Best Practices
- Prioritize Important Notifications: Enable notifications for critical events, disable less important ones
- Use Quiet Hours: Set quiet hours to avoid interruptions during rest
- Review Regularly: Periodically review your notification settings to ensure they still meet your needs
- Avoid Overload: Too many notifications can be overwhelming; be selective
