Account Settings

Account Settings are personal to you — they don't affect teammates. Everything lives under Settings → Account.

Profile

Path: Settings → Account → Profile

Name:
- Update the display name teammates see.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Profile Picture:
- Click your avatar to upload a new image.
- Pick an image (within the size limit) and confirm.
- Your new picture shows up wherever your avatar appears.

Manage your password and sessions under Security.

Path: Settings → Account → Appearance

Theme:
- Pick one:
  - Light — Bright interface for well-lit environments.
  - Dark — Dimmed interface, easier on the eyes.
  - System — Follows your operating system.
- Click a theme card to apply it.
Color palette:
- Pick the accent color that tints surfaces, borders, and interactive elements. Moss (green) is the default.

Your selection saves automatically and applies across every page.

Path: Settings → Account → Security

Change Password:
- Enter your Current Password.
- Choose a New Password:
  - At least 8 characters.
  - Include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
- Re-enter the new password to confirm.
- Click Update Password. Cloodot may revoke other active sessions for safety.
Active Sessions:
- See every device where you're signed in (device, browser, last active).
- Revoke signs out a single device.
- Revoke other sessions keeps only your current device signed in.

Check this page periodically to stay signed in only where you need to be.

Path: Settings → Account → Notifications

Notification types:
- Review the available events (new messages, assignments, status changes, channel connections).
Notification triggers:
- For each event, pick which channels to use (Push, In app).
- Use the checkboxes to turn channels on or off per event.
- Click Save to store your preferences.

Every teammate sets their own notification preferences.
