Organization Settings

Configure your organization profile, business hours, members, teams, and channels.

Organization Settings control your workspace identity, availability, team access, and connected channels.

Everything lives under Settings → Organization in the left sidebar:

  • Profile — Organization name, description, ID, and auto-resolve behavior
  • Business Hours — When your team is available
  • Members — Who has access and what role they have
  • Teams — Group members into teams for routing and reporting
  • Channels — Manage connected channels (overview)

Profile

Path: Settings → Organization → Profile

Manage core organization details:

  • Organization Name & Description:
    • Update the organization name and a short description of your business.
    • Cloodot uses these across the app, including as context for AI.
  • Organization ID:
    • View your unique organization ID.
    • Click copy when you need it for support or integrations.
  • Auto Resolve:
    • Set how many days a conversation can stay open before Cloodot auto-resolves it.
    • Options: No AutoResolve, 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Days, 5 Days.
    • Click Save to apply changes.

Business Hours

Path: Settings → Organization → Business Hours

Define when your team is available:

  • Timezone:
    • Choose the primary timezone for your business (for example: "Asia Dubai", "Europe London", "America New York").
    • Cloodot uses this to interpret opening and closing times.
  • Per-day schedule:
    • For each weekday, set:
      • Open / Closed toggle.
      • Opening time (e.g., 09:30).
      • Closing time (e.g., 18:00).
  • Save your changes:
    • Click Save Changes after adjusting times or timezone.
    • Cloodot and the AI use these hours to know when your team is online.

Members

Path: Settings → Organization → Members

Control who has access to your organization and what they can do:

  • Members tab:
    • See a list of current members with:
      • Name & Email
      • Role (for example: Owner, Admin, Member)
      • Joined date
    • Use the Actions menu on each row to:
      • Change role (where allowed by your own permissions).
      • Remove a member from the organization (if your role allows it).
      • Leave organization for your own user.
  • Invitations tab:
    • Shows pending invites that haven't been accepted yet.
    • Click cancel to revoke an invite sent by mistake or no longer needed.
  • Invite Member:
    • Click Invite member to open the invite dialog.
    • Enter the teammate's email address and choose the role to assign (for example, Member or Admin).
    • Send the invite — the user receives an email with a link to join your organization.
    • Once they accept, they appear under the Members tab with their role.
