The Profile page lets you manage core organization details:

  • Organization Name & Description:
    • Update the organization name and a short description of your business.
    • This information is used across the app (and may be used by AI for context).
  • Organization ID:
    • View your unique organization ID.
    • Use the copy button to copy it when needed (for support or integrations).
  • Auto Resolve:
    • Set how many days a conversation can stay open before it is auto‑resolved.
    • Options include No AutoResolve, 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Days, and 5 Days.
    • Click Save to apply changes.

Business Hours

Path: Settings → Organization → Business Hours

The Business Hours page defines when your team is considered available:

  • Timezone:
    • Choose the primary timezone for your business (for example: “Asia Dubai”, “Europe London”, “America New York”).
    • This timezone is used to interpret opening and closing times.
  • Per‑day Schedule:
    • For each weekday, set:
      • Open / Closed toggle.
      • Opening time (e.g. 09:30).
      • Closing time (e.g. 18:00).
  • Saving changes:
    • After adjusting times or timezone, click Save Changes.
    • Updated hours are used by the system and AI to understand when your team is online.

Members

Path: Settings → Organization → Members

The Members page controls who has access to your organization and what they can do:

  • Members tab:
    • See a list of current members with:
      • Name & Email
      • Role (for example: Owner, Admin, Member)
      • Joined date
    • Use the Actions menu on each row to:
      • Change role (where allowed by your own permissions).
      • Remove a member from the organization (if your role allows it).
      • Leave organization for your own user.
  • Invitations tab:
    • Shows all pending invites that have been sent but not yet accepted.
    • You can cancel a pending invite if it was sent by mistake or is no longer needed.
  • Invite Member:
    • Click Invite member to open the invite dialog.
    • Enter the teammate’s email address and choose the role you want to assign (for example, Member or Admin).
    • Send the invite – the user will receive an email with a link to join your organization.
    • Once they accept, they will appear under the Members tab with their assigned role.
