Integrations

Connect external services and tools to extend your workspace capabilities.

Integrations connect Cloodot with third-party services so you can sync data, trigger actions, and streamline your workflows.

Go to Settings → Integrations.

Available Integrations

The integrations page shows cards for each supported service:

  • HubSpot — Sync contacts, companies, deals, and leads with your HubSpot CRM
  • Shopify — Access customers, products, orders, and collections from your store
  • Attio — Sync people, companies, deals, and tasks with your Attio CRM
  • Salla — Connect your Salla store for product and order data
  • Google Calendar — Check availability, create events, and manage scheduling
  • Cal.com — Manage bookings and event types from your Cal.com account
  • Google Business Profile — Monitor and reply to customer reviews across locations

Click any integration card to begin the connection process. Each integration has its own detailed guide — click the links above to learn more.

Connecting an Integration

  1. Click the integration card.
  2. Authorize Cloodot to access the external service.
  3. Configure connection settings as prompted.
  4. Save to complete the setup.

Each integration has its own setup flow depending on the service's authentication requirements.

Managing Integrations

After connecting:

  • View connection status on the integration card
  • Click the card to update settings or reconfigure
  • Disconnect by clicking Disconnect and confirming

Disconnecting an integration may affect features that depend on it. Review before confirming.

Troubleshooting

Integration won't connect

  • Check that you have the correct permissions on the external service
  • Verify your credentials are up to date
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Data not syncing

  • Check the integration's sync settings
  • Verify permissions haven't changed on the external service
  • Contact support if the issue persists
