Connect external services and tools to extend your workspace capabilities.

Integrations allow you to connect external services and tools to enhance your workspace functionality.

Accessing Integrations

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. You'll see a list of available integrations.

Available Integrations

Common integration categories include:

  • CRM Systems: Connect to customer relationship management tools
  • E-commerce Platforms: Link with online stores and marketplaces
  • Communication Tools: Integrate with messaging and collaboration platforms
  • Analytics: Connect analytics and reporting tools

Connecting an Integration

  1. Browse or search for the integration you want to connect.
  2. Click Connect or Add Integration.
  3. Follow the connection wizard:
    • Authorize access to the external service
    • Configure connection settings
    • Set up sync preferences (if applicable)
  4. Click Save or Complete to finish.

Managing Integrations

Viewing Integration Status

  • See which integrations are connected and active
  • Check connection health and last sync time
  • View integration-specific settings

Configuring Integration Settings

  1. Find the integration in the list.
  2. Click Settings or the integration name.
  3. Update configuration options.
  4. Click Save.

Disconnecting an Integration

  1. Find the integration you want to disconnect.
  2. Click Disconnect or use the actions menu.
  3. Confirm the disconnection.

Note: Disconnecting an integration may affect features that depend on it.
