Security Settings

Security Settings help you protect your account and manage access to your workspace.

Accessing Security Settings

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. You'll see options for password management, two-factor authentication, and session management.

Change Password

Update your account password to keep your account secure:

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Find the Change Password section.
3. Enter your current password.
4. Enter your new password (follow password requirements).
5. Confirm your new password.
6. Click Save or Update Password.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable two-factor authentication for additional security:

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
3. Click Enable 2FA.
4. Follow the setup instructions:
   • Scan QR code with authenticator app
   • Enter verification code
5. Save backup codes in a secure location.

Note: Once enabled, you'll need your password and a verification code from your authenticator app to sign in.

Session Management

View and manage active sessions:

• See all devices where you're currently signed in
• View session details (device, location, last activity)
• Revoke access for specific sessions
• Sign out from all devices

Security Best Practices

• Strong Passwords: Use a unique, strong password
• Enable 2FA: Add an extra layer of security
• Regular Review: Periodically review active sessions
• Sign Out: Sign out from shared or public devices
• Update Regularly: Keep your password updated
