Changing your password

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Find the Change Password section.
3. Fill in the form:
   • Current Password — Your existing password
   • New Password — Your new password
   • Confirm New Password — Re-enter the new password
4. Click Save or Update Password.

Password requirements

Your new password must:

• Meet the minimum length (typically 8–12 characters)
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character (if required)

Note: Exact requirements may vary. Check the password field for specifics.

Choosing a strong password

• Don't reuse passwords from other accounts
• Combine letters, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid common words or easily guessable phrases
• Update your password periodically
• Consider a password manager to generate and store strong passwords

Resetting a forgotten password

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Check your email for reset instructions.
5. Follow the link to create a new password.

Protecting your password

• Never share your password
• Always sign out from shared devices
• Check your account activity periodically
• Enable two-factor authentication for extra protection
