Profile Settings
Manage your personal account profile and preferences.
Go to Settings → Profile to update your personal info, preferences, security, and workspace defaults.
Personal information
- Name — Your display name (how others see you in the workspace)
- Email — Your account email address
- Avatar — Upload or change your profile picture
- Bio — A short bio or description (optional)
Edit the fields you want to change, then click Save.
Language and regional preferences
- Language — Your preferred language
- Timezone — Set your timezone so timestamps are accurate
- Date Format — How dates are displayed
- Notifications — Notification preferences (see Notification Settings)
Account security
- Change Password — Update your account password (see Change Password)
- Two-Factor Authentication — Enable 2FA for an extra layer of protection
- Active Sessions — Review and manage active sessions (see Session Management)
Workspace defaults
- Default View — Your default dashboard view
- Theme — Light or dark theme (if available)
- Keyboard Shortcuts — View and customize keyboard shortcuts
Profile hygiene
- Keep your name and email current so teammates can reach you
- Upload a recognizable avatar
- Set your timezone for correct timestamps across the app
- Review security settings periodically
