Session Management

View and manage active sessions across your devices.

Session Management lets you see where you're signed in and control access to your account.

Accessing Session Management

  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. Find the Active Sessions or Session Management section.
  3. You'll see a list of all active sessions.

Viewing Active Sessions

Each session shows:

  • Device: The device name or type (e.g., "Chrome on Windows", "Safari on iPhone")
  • Location: Approximate location based on IP address
  • Last Activity: When the session was last used
  • Current Session: Indicates which session you're currently using

Managing Sessions

Sign Out from a Specific Session

  1. Find the session you want to end.
  2. Click Sign Out or Revoke.
  3. Confirm the action.

The session will be immediately terminated, and that device will need to sign in again.

Sign Out from All Devices

  1. Find the Sign Out All Sessions or Sign Out Everywhere button.
  2. Click it.
  3. Confirm the action.

This will sign you out from all devices except the current one.

Warning: Signing out from all devices will require you to sign in again on all your devices.

Security Best Practices

  • Regular Review: Periodically review your active sessions
  • Remove Unknown Sessions: If you see a session you don't recognize, sign out immediately
  • Sign Out from Shared Devices: Always sign out when using shared or public computers
  • Monitor Activity: Keep an eye on last activity times to detect suspicious activity

Suspicious Activity

If you notice:

  • Sessions from unknown locations
  • Sessions from devices you don't recognize
  • Activity at unusual times

Take these steps:

  1. Sign Out: Sign out from all suspicious sessions immediately
  2. Change Password: Update your password (see Change Password)
  3. Enable 2FA: Add two-factor authentication if not already enabled
  4. Contact Support: Report suspicious activity to support if needed
