Session Management
View and manage active sessions across your devices.
Session Management lets you see where you're signed in and control access to your account.
Accessing Session Management
- Go to Settings → Security.
- Find the Active Sessions or Session Management section.
- You'll see a list of all active sessions.
Viewing Active Sessions
Each session shows:
- Device: The device name or type (e.g., "Chrome on Windows", "Safari on iPhone")
- Location: Approximate location based on IP address
- Last Activity: When the session was last used
- Current Session: Indicates which session you're currently using
Managing Sessions
Sign Out from a Specific Session
- Find the session you want to end.
- Click Sign Out or Revoke.
- Confirm the action.
The session will be immediately terminated, and that device will need to sign in again.
Sign Out from All Devices
- Find the Sign Out All Sessions or Sign Out Everywhere button.
- Click it.
- Confirm the action.
This will sign you out from all devices except the current one.
Warning: Signing out from all devices will require you to sign in again on all your devices.
Security Best Practices
- Regular Review: Periodically review your active sessions
- Remove Unknown Sessions: If you see a session you don't recognize, sign out immediately
- Sign Out from Shared Devices: Always sign out when using shared or public computers
- Monitor Activity: Keep an eye on last activity times to detect suspicious activity
Suspicious Activity
If you notice:
- Sessions from unknown locations
- Sessions from devices you don't recognize
- Activity at unusual times
Take these steps:
- Sign Out: Sign out from all suspicious sessions immediately
- Change Password: Update your password (see Change Password)
- Enable 2FA: Add two-factor authentication if not already enabled
- Contact Support: Report suspicious activity to support if needed
