Notification Triggers
Control when and how notifications are sent based on events and conditions.
Triggers decide when a notification fires. You can send alerts instantly, group them into digests, or limit them to specific conditions.
Immediate triggers
Notifications sent as soon as the event occurs:
- New Message — A new message arrives
- Mention — You're mentioned
- Assignment — A conversation is assigned to you
- Urgent — High-priority events
Digest triggers
Notifications grouped and delivered at set intervals:
- Daily Digest — One summary per day
- Weekly Digest — One summary per week
- Hourly Digest — One summary per hour (if available)
Conditional triggers
Notifications sent only when specific conditions are met:
- Business Hours — Only during configured business hours
- After Hours — Only outside business hours
- Priority Level — Based on conversation or message priority
- Channel Type — Specific channels only (for example, WhatsApp)
Configuring triggers
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Find the Notification Triggers section.
- Configure:
- Immediate vs Digest — When notifications are sent
- Conditions — When triggers apply
- Quiet Hours — Times when notifications are paused
- Click Save.
Quiet hours
- Enable Quiet Hours.
- Set your Start Time (for example, 10:00 PM).
- Set your End Time (for example, 8:00 AM).
