MCP Settings

Open the command palette (⌘K / Ctrl+K) and search for Copilot settings to extend Copilot by connecting external tools and services through MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Admins and owners only.

One-click integrations

The cards at the top connect a tool to Copilot with nothing to fill in:

• Shopify — pull orders, products, and customers into Copilot conversations
• Meta Ads — manage campaigns and pull ad reporting from your Meta ad account

Click Connect, sign in to that service, and approve the access it asks for. Copilot can use the tool straight away — there's nothing else to set up.

MCP servers

For tools without a one-click integration, add your own MCP server. MCP servers connect Copilot to external tools, APIs, and data sources so it can take actions beyond the built-ins.

Add a server

1. Click Add Server.
2. Fill in:
   • Name — a label to identify the server
   • URL — the server's endpoint
   • Description (optional) — what the server provides
   • Authentication — None, Bearer Token, OAuth, or Custom Header
   • Transport — Auto, SSE, or Streamable HTTP
   • Auth Token — your credential (shown only when the auth type needs one)
   • Enable Server — toggle on to activate
3. Save.

Manage servers

Connected servers appear in a table with name and description, URL, authentication type, and enabled/disabled status. From here you can:

• Toggle a server on or off with the status switch
• Edit with the pencil icon
• Delete with the trash icon (and confirm)
