Business Hours

Configure when your team is available to respond to customers.

Business Hours defines when your team is considered available.

Open the Business Hours page

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Business Hours.
  2. You'll see options to configure your timezone and daily schedule.

Set your timezone

  • Choose the primary timezone for your business (for example, "Asia Dubai", "Europe London", "America New York").
  • This timezone is used to interpret opening and closing times.
  • Select your timezone from the dropdown menu.

Configure the weekly schedule

For each weekday, set:

  • Open / Closed toggle:
    • Toggle on to set specific hours for that day.
    • Toggle off to mark that day as closed.
  • Opening time (for example, 09:30):
    • The time your team starts working.
    • Use the time picker to set hours and minutes.
  • Closing time (for example, 18:00):
    • The time your team stops working.
    • Use the time picker to set hours and minutes.

Save your changes

After adjusting times or timezone:

  1. Review your schedule to make sure each day is set correctly.
  2. Click Save Changes.
  3. The updated hours are used by the system and AI to understand when your team is online.

Where business hours are used

  • AI agent — The AI knows when your team is available and can tell customers about response times.
  • Automations — Trigger automated responses or set expectations based on hours.
  • Analytics — Response-time metrics may be calculated against business hours.

Setting accurate hours

  • Match reality — Set hours that reflect when your team actually responds.
  • Consider time zones — If you serve customers across regions, factor their local times into expectations.
  • Update regularly — Adjust for holidays, special events, or schedule changes.
