Sign Up & Sign In

Learn how to create your Cloodot account and sign in to your workspace.

Let's get you set up with a Cloodot account. It only takes a couple of minutes, and you have two options: Google (the fastest way) or your email address.

Sign Up Options

Pick whichever feels right for you:

Option 1: Sign Up with Google (Fastest)

If you have a Google account, this is the smoothest path—no passwords to create or verification emails to wait for.

Here's how:

  1. Head to the Cloodot sign-up page
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Pick your Google account when prompted
  4. That's it—you're in and ready to create your workspace

Good to know

With Google sign-up, there's no verification email to wait for. You'll go straight to creating your workspace.

Option 2: Sign Up with Email

Prefer to use your email? No problem. Here's the process:

Enter your email

  1. Go to the Cloodot sign-up page
  2. Type in your email address
  3. Click "Continue"

Fill in your details

You'll see a form asking for:

  • Your name — How you'd like to be called
  • Phone number — Include your country code (like +1 for US)
  • Password — Pick something secure: at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
  • Security check — Just click the checkbox (no annoying puzzles)
  • Terms — Check the box to agree to our terms

Create your account

Click "Create account" and we'll send a verification email your way.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for an email from us and click the verification link. (If you don't see it, peek in your spam folder—sometimes emails get shy.)

Once verified, you'll be signed in automatically and ready to create your workspace.

The verification link is good for 24 hours. If it expires, just sign in and we'll send you a fresh one.

Signing In

Already have an account? Here's how to get back in.

If you signed up with email:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email and click "Continue"
  3. Type your password
  4. Click the security checkbox
  5. Click "Sign in"

You'll land on your workspaces dashboard.

If you signed up with Google:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Pick your Google account

That's it—you're in.

Signed up with Google? Stick with the Google sign-in button. You won't have a password to use with the email option.

Password Tips

If you're creating a password, here's what it needs:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

A quick note on security: We'll never ask you for your password—if someone claiming to be from Cloodot does, that's a red flag.

About the Security Checkbox

You'll see a Cloudflare security checkbox when signing up or in. It's there to keep bots out of your account.

Good news: It's just a checkbox. No squinting at blurry traffic lights or typing distorted letters.

Troubleshooting

Having trouble? Let's figure it out.

Can't sign in?

"Invalid email or password" Double-check what you typed—passwords are case-sensitive, so caps lock might be the culprit.

"Email not verified" You need to click the link in the verification email we sent. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

"Account not found" Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. If you used Google to sign up, use the Google sign-in button.

Forgot your password?

It happens to everyone. Here's how to reset it:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Click "Send reset link"

Check your email

Look for an email from us with a reset link. (Check spam if needed—email filters can be overzealous.)

The reset link expires for security reasons. If it's been a while, just request a new one.

Pick a new password

Click the link in the email, then create a new password. You'll need to type it twice to make sure there are no typos.

Sign in

Once your password is reset, you can sign in with your new password. You're all set!

Verification email not showing up?

Give it a few minutes—sometimes emails take a little while. Then:
