Creating your Cloodot account is quick and easy. Cloodot recommends signing up with Google for the fastest experience, but you can also create an account with your email address.

Cloodot offers two convenient ways to create your account:

Navigate to the Cloodot sign up page
Click the "Continue with Google" button
You'll be redirected to Google's authentication page
Select your Google account and authorize Cloodot
You'll be automatically signed in and redirected to workspace creation

:::success With Google sign-up, your email is automatically verified, so you can skip the email verification step and go straight to creating your workspace! :::

If you prefer to use your email address, follow these steps:

Step 1: Enter Your Email

Navigate to the Cloodot sign up page
Enter your email address in the email field
Click "Continue" to proceed to the full registration form

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After clicking continue, you'll see the full registration form. Fill it out with the following information:

Email Address: Your email (pre-filled from the previous step)
Name: Enter your full name (minimum 2 characters)
Phone Number: Enter your phone number with country code (e.g., +1 234 567 8900)
Password: Create a secure password that:
- Is at least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
Security Verification: Complete the Cloudflare Turnstile captcha verification
Terms and Conditions: Check the box to agree to Cloodot's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Step 3: Submit Registration

Click "Create account" to submit your registration
A verification email will be automatically sent to your email address
You'll be redirected to a confirmation page

Step 4: Verify Your Email

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from Cloodot
Open the verification email
Click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email
You'll be automatically signed in and redirected to workspace creation

:::tip The verification link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support. :::

Signing In

For users who signed up with email:

Navigate to the Cloodot sign in page
Enter your email address and click "Continue"
Enter your password
Complete the security verification (captcha)
Click "Sign in"

After successful sign in, you'll be redirected to your workspaces dashboard.

For users who signed up with Google:

Navigate to the Cloodot sign in page
Click "Continue with Google"
Select your Google account
You'll be automatically signed in

:::tip If you signed up with Google, always use the Google sign-in option. Don't try to sign in with email and password. :::

Password Requirements

When creating a password, ensure it meets these requirements:

Minimum 8 characters
At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
At least one number (0-9)

:::warning Keep your password secure and don't share it with anyone. Cloodot staff will never ask for your password. :::

Security Verification (Turnstile)

Cloodot uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification. This helps protect your account from automated attacks.

The captcha will appear automatically on the sign-up form
Simply complete the verification by clicking the checkbox
No need to solve puzzles or identify images
The verification is required before you can submit the form

Troubleshooting

Problem: "Invalid email or password"

Solution: Double-check your email and password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.

Problem: "Email not verified"

Solution: Check your email inbox for the verification link. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or request a new verification email.

Problem: "Account not found"

Solution: Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in option.

Forgot Password?

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1: Request Password Reset

Go to the Cloodot sign in page
Click "Forgot password" link
Enter your email address in the password reset form
Click "Send reset link" or "Submit"

Step 2: Check Your Email

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset email from Cloodot
The email will contain a "Reset password" button or link
Click the "Reset password" button in the email
