Cloodot
Getting started

Sign Up & Sign In

Create your Cloodot account and sign in to your workspace.

Creating a Cloodot account takes a couple of minutes. You have two options: Google or email.

Two ways to sign up

Option 1: Sign up with Google (fastest)

Google sign-up is the smoothest path — no password to create and no verification email to wait for.

Benefits:

  • One less password — Google handles the login
  • Skip email verification — You're verified automatically
  • Quick sign-in later — One click to get back in

Steps:

  1. Go to the Cloodot sign-up page
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Pick your Google account when prompted
  4. You're in and ready to create your workspace

No verification email needed

Google sign-up skips email verification. You go straight to creating your workspace.

Option 2: Sign up with email

Prefer email? Here's the flow:

Enter your email

  1. Go to the Cloodot sign-up page
  2. Type in your email address
  3. Click "Continue"

Fill in your details

The form asks for:

  • Your name — How you'd like to be called
  • Phone number — Include your country code (for example, +1 for US)
  • Password — At least 8 characters, with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
  • Security check — Click the checkbox (no puzzles)
  • Terms — Check the box to agree to our terms

Create your account

Click "Create account". We'll send a verification email.

Verify your email

Open the email from us and click the verification link. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Once verified, you'll be signed in automatically and ready to create your workspace.

The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, sign in and we'll send a fresh one.

Signing in

If you signed up with email

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Enter your email and click "Continue"
  3. Type your password
  4. Click the security checkbox
  5. Click "Sign in"

You'll land on your workspaces dashboard.

If you signed up with Google

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Continue with Google"
  3. Pick your Google account

Signed up with Google? Use the Google sign-in button — you won't have a password for the email option.

Password requirements

If you're creating a password, it needs:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

We'll never ask for your password. If someone claiming to be from Cloodot does, it's a phishing attempt.

The security checkbox

You'll see a Cloudflare security checkbox when signing up or signing in. It keeps bots out of your account — no puzzles, just a checkbox.

Troubleshooting

Can't sign in

"Invalid email or password" Double-check what you typed. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check caps lock.

"Email not verified" Click the link in the verification email. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.

"Account not found" Use the same email you signed up with. If you used Google, click the Google sign-in button.

Forgot your password

Reset it:

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Click "Send reset link"

Check your email

Look for an email from us with a reset link. Check spam if it doesn't appear.

The reset link expires after a while. If yours has, request a new one.

Pick a new password

Click the link in the email, then create a new password. Type it twice to catch typos.

Sign in with your new password. You're all set.

Verification email didn't arrive

Give it a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived:

If it's still missing, email support.

Links expire after 24 hours. Sign in with your email to get a fresh one.
