What are Insights?
Insights in Cloodot are comprehensive analytics dashboards that give you visibility into:
- Conversation Performance: Track session counts, agent performance, sentiment analysis, and conversation patterns

Insights Sections
Cloodot Insights consists of two main sections:
Conversation Insights
Track conversation sessions, agent performance, sentiment, and traffic patterns

Monitor campaign performance, button engagement, and customer interactions
Accessing Insights
You can access Insights from the main navigation:
- Click on Insights in the left sidebar
- Choose between:
- Conversations - View conversation analytics
- Marketing - View campaign analytics
