Insights Overview
Learn about Cloodot's analytics and insights features for tracking conversation performance and marketing campaigns.
Insights is where you see how things are going—are customers happy? Is your team keeping up? Are your campaigns working?
Instead of guessing, you get actual data.
Two types of insights
Conversation Insights
How are your conversations going? Response times, sentiment, patterns.
Marketing Insights
How are your campaigns performing? Engagement, clicks, delivery.
Getting there
Click Insights in the sidebar, then choose Conversations or Marketing.
What you can do
Filter your view
- Pick a time range (today, last 7 days, this month, etc.)
- Focus on specific channels
- Look at specific campaigns
Understand conversations
- See when you're busiest (the heatmap shows it hour by hour)
- Track sentiment—are customers happy or frustrated?
- Compare how different team members are doing
- See how often AI handles things vs. handing off to humans
Measure campaigns
- Track delivery: sent, delivered, read
- See engagement: who's clicking your buttons?
- Identify what's working and what's not
