Troubleshooting
No campaigns showing in the dropdown
Create a campaign first. Then verify:
- Campaign status (draft campaigns are included)
- Refresh the page
- You have campaign creation permissions
No button click data
Ensure the campaign has buttons configured. Then verify:
- The campaign has been sent to recipients
- The campaign is active or completed
- Recipients have had time to interact
Missing engagement metrics
Select a single campaign — detailed metrics require one campaign at a time. Then check:
- Campaign status (active or completed campaigns have data)
- The campaign has been sent
- Time range (data may take time to appear)
Stats not updating
Refresh the page. If that doesn't fix it:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify the campaign is actually active
- Wait a few seconds (updates every 5 seconds)
