Marketing Insights

Monitor campaign performance, button engagement, and customer interactions from your marketing campaigns.

Marketing Insights provides detailed analytics for your marketing campaigns, helping you track engagement, measure button click performance, and understand how campaigns drive customer conversations.

Overview

Marketing Insights helps you:

  • Track Campaign Performance: Monitor engagement metrics for your campaigns
  • Measure Button Clicks: See which campaign buttons get the most clicks
  • Analyze Customer Interactions: Understand how campaigns drive conversations
  • Compare Campaigns: View analytics for single or multiple campaigns

Accessing Marketing Insights

  1. Navigate to Insights in the left sidebar
  2. Click on Marketing
  3. The Marketing Insights dashboard will load

Campaign Selection

Selecting Campaigns

  1. Use the Campaigns search box at the top
  2. Type to search for campaigns by name or status
  3. Select one or more campaigns from the dropdown
  4. Selected campaigns show with their status badges:
    • Draft - Campaign not yet started
    • Scheduled - Campaign set to start in the future
    • Pending - Campaign waiting to start
    • Active - Currently running campaign
    • Paused - Temporarily stopped
    • Completed - Finished campaign
    • Cancelled - Cancelled campaign

Multiple Campaign Selection

  • Single Campaign: View detailed engagement metrics and button breakdown
  • Multiple Campaigns: Compare analytics across campaigns (aggregated data)

Engagement Overview

When a single campaign is selected, you'll see engagement metrics:

Total Button Clicks

  • Metric: Total number of button clicks across the campaign
  • Use Case: Measure overall campaign engagement
  • Updates: Real-time updates for active campaigns

Click Through Rate (CTR)

  • Metric: Percentage of recipients who clicked a button
  • Calculation: (Total Clicks / Total Recipients) × 100
  • Use Case: Measure campaign effectiveness and engagement quality

Understanding Engagement

  • High CTR: Indicates strong campaign messaging and relevant buttons
  • Low CTR: May need to improve messaging or button relevance
  • Active Campaigns: Data updates every 5 seconds for active campaigns

Campaign Stats

The Campaign Stats section provides comprehensive campaign analytics:

Available Metrics

  • Delivery Statistics: Messages sent, delivered, failed
  • Engagement Rates: Open rates, click rates, response rates
  • Performance Trends: Metrics over time
  • Contact Analytics: How contacts interact with campaigns

Real-Time Updates

  • Active Campaigns: Stats update every 5 seconds
  • Completed Campaigns: Final statistics available
  • Polling: Automatic refresh for active campaigns

Active Sessions Analytics

The Active Sessions Analytics section shows conversation data from campaign interactions:

Label Distribution

  • Campaign-Specific Labels: See how campaign conversations are categorized
  • Visual Chart: Bar chart showing label breakdown
  • Percentage View: Understand label distribution
  • Time Range: Shows "All time" data for selected campaigns

Sentiment Distribution

  • Campaign Sentiment: Customer sentiment from campaign-driven conversations
  • Positive/Neutral/Negative: Breakdown of sentiment categories
  • Engagement Quality: Understand customer response to campaigns
  • Visual Chart: Bar chart with percentage breakdown

Use Cases

  • Campaign Effectiveness: See if campaigns generate positive interactions
  • Topic Analysis: Understand what customers ask about from campaigns
  • Sentiment Tracking: Monitor customer satisfaction from campaign interactions

Button Click Breakdown

When viewing a single campaign, you'll see detailed button performance:

Button Performance Table

The table shows:

  • Button Text: The text displayed on each button
  • Clicks: Total number of clicks for each button
  • Percentage: Percentage of total clicks for each button

  • Most Popular Buttons: Identify which CTAs resonate with customers
  • Engagement Patterns: See which buttons drive the most interaction

Troubleshooting

No Campaigns Showing

Problem: Campaign dropdown is empty

Solutions:

  • Create a campaign first
  • Check campaign status (draft campaigns are included)
  • Refresh the page
  • Verify you have campaign creation permissions

No Button Click Data

Problem: Button click statistics show empty or zero

Solutions:

  • Ensure campaign has buttons configured
  • Check that campaign has been sent to recipients
  • Verify campaign is active or completed
  • Wait for recipients to interact with buttons

Missing Engagement Metrics

Problem: Engagement overview shows no data

Solutions:

  • Select a single campaign (required for detailed metrics)
  • Check campaign status (active or completed campaigns have data)
  • Verify campaign has been sent
  • Check time range (data may take time to appear)

Stats Not Updating

Problem: Campaign stats don't update for active campaigns

Solutions:

  • Refresh the page
  • Check internet connection
  • Verify campaign is actually active
  • Wait a few seconds (updates every 5 seconds)
